Rory Anderson's uncle. Jeffery owned the cabin in the Pacific Northwest, in which Rory and his friend stayed two weeks before they each committed suicide. Jeffery disappeared ten years ago and was declared legally dead in January, 2013. He posted to an online board called "Fish and Tackle", a board that Karl van Sant also frequented, as well as Kevin Murray, a man who went on a kiling spree in a diner in DuPont, Washington.
